How to Get There
Our office is conveniently located along Tomas Morato Avenue, a major thoroughfare in Quezon City. If you’re coming from EDSA, turn onto Timog Avenue, then onto Tomas Morato. Lansbergh Place is a few blocks down on your right, near McDonald’s Roses corner Tomas Morato, one of the nearest landmarks. The area is also accessible via various public transportation options, including jeepneys and buses that ply the Tomas Morato route.
Parking Options
Visitors have several parking choices when visiting our office:
• Street Parking: The stretch of Tomas Morato Avenue offers street parking. However, availability may vary depending on the time of day. Please observe local parking regulations to avoid any inconvenience.
• Public Parking Complex: For a more secure and reliable option, there is a public parking complex located at 34 Scout Borromeo Street, Quezon City. This facility is a short walk from our office. You can find directions using this Google Maps link.
Unfortunately, guest parking is not available at Lansbergh Place. We recommend planning your parking arrangements in advance to ensure a hassle-free visit.

Atty. Ramon Ramirez is a corporate and tax lawyer admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007. He has an LLB from the University of the Philippines College of Law. He is a founding partner of Legal Access Law Offices. He was the Tax Manager of the Global Corporate Controllership Group of ICTSI Global.
Prior to ICTSI, Ramon has had almost 8 years of experience as a member of the International Tax Services group of SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV or Ernst & Young Philippines).
He has handled a number of engagements ranging from general tax advisory on various corporate transactions, corporate organization and reorganization, inbound tax planning of multinational corporations, securing favorable confirmatory rulings from the tax authorities, estate planning and implementation as well as tax audit investigations.
During his time with SGV, he was chosen to be assigned to Ernst & Young in San Jose, California as a member of the firm’s prestigious Global Exchange Program (GEP). As a member of the GEP, he was involved in various international tax engagements of the San Jose practice including the planning and implementation phases of a tax efficient supply chain management engagement for a U.S. based integrated circuit manufacturer.

Atty. Erwin Zagala has more than a decade of experience in the practice of law and has worked in several legal capacities: an NGO worker involved in human rights, an associate in a full-service law firm, a government official, a law lecturer, and more recently, as the author of 3 books on the law.
A graduate of UP College of Law, he is currently a partner at Legal Access Law Offices, as well as the founder and head writer for the publishing group, Legal Guide Philippines. In 2015, he published his first book, "Notary Not Included: A Guide to the 7 Most Requested Legal Forms", a complete beginners’ guide to legal documents, and in 2018, he published "The Complete Employee Discipline System: How to keep your employees in line without getting in trouble with DOLE" and his third book, "Don't let your Heir Down: a guide to estate settlement in the Philippines"
With a deep understanding not only of the law but also of the Filipino people’s need to understand them, he believes that part of a lawyer’s duty is to spread awareness and empower the people by educating them. He will simply converse with you, using real-life stories and layman’s terms to illustrate the law, and teach you the important bits before you even realize it!
Atty. Mark Kevin Masiglat, admitted to the Philippine Bar in December 2023, is a skilled attorney with a Juris Doctor from Manuel L. Quezon University and a background in Computer Science and Information Technology. His technical expertise and analytical abilities complement his legal practice, equipping him with a modern approach to solving client issues.
Previously serving as a Senior Paralegal at New San Jose Builders, Inc., Mark attended hearings, conducted legal research, drafted key documents, and supervised legal assistants. Known for his attention to detail and dedication, he excels in legal research, negotiation, and document preparation, making him a valuable addition to the team and a reliable resource for clients.

Atty. Dame Andrein Alfonso is a passionate and detail-oriented lawyer, admitted to the Philippine Bar in December 2023. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from San Sebastian College – Recoletos and has extensive experience as a Senior Paralegal and Lead Legal Assistant at The Chidolue Law Firm in Georgia, USA.
